Chilled Birthday




I wish I had him by my side
Merely looking at his picture in my mother’s room
      Bleeds my eyes with tears.
I wish with him I had more time
My Mom lets me know how much he cared
It bleeds my heart more.
Hurts me inside everyday that goes by
Why so soon he had to go?
I hoped that the time with him could have been longer
For I know he really was a loving husband and a father
I miss you dad…
With all my heart…
